ORDERING PROCESS & FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

 

Can I customize my Lauren Elaine gown?

Yes! You can customize any Lauren Elaine gown!  Schedule a phone consultation with one of our Design Team Experts to discuss customizing your Lauren Elaine gown!  Please email custom requests to salesrep@lauren-elainedesigns.com. Certain customization costs may apply, and pricing will be provided with your request response.

Do you offer payment plans for  Lauren Elaine Collection gowns?
'Pearl by Lauren Elaine' purchases come with two payment options:
1. Payment in full.*
2. 50% or 33%** Deposit, with remaining balance invoiced and due 1 month later.
*Payment in full options cancelled within 30 days will receive a refund, less the 50% deposit amount, per the 'Lauren Elaine Refund Policy,' as all Lauren Elaine gowns are made to order.

How do I take advantage of your complimentary 'made-to-measure' services for a Lauren Elaine collection gown?

Complimentary made-to-measure service* is provided prior to shipping, on all Lauren Elaine Bridal orders, to minimize the need for future alterations and help ensure a great fit. Upon checkout, use the Lauren Elaine Size Chart to select the standard size that closest fits your measurements. Once purchased, a Lauren Elaine rep will reach out via email with the 'Lauren Elaine Custom Measurement Guide,' which easily walks you through collecting your custom measurements, to be applied to your gown during its production.

*Made to measure service denotes a gown is made to specific custom measurements. While this ensures the best fit possible upon arrival, and usually minimizes or eliminates the need for alterations - sometimes additional alterations may be necessary.  Additional alterations are a bride's responsibility. 

Why might I need alterations if I used the complimentary made-to-measure service?

While usually our made-to-measure gowns arrive fitting great, sometimes additional alterations are necessary. In most cases, additional alterations are limited to minor areas like strap adjustment, hemming, etc. and are usually necessary for the following reasons: (1.) Your measurements may have changed over the course of the production period. (2.) Personal preference. Especially with form fitting silhouettes (ie: mermaids, fit-to-flares, trumpets), every bride has their own unique idea of a perfect fit as it pertains to their individual shape. While our made-to-measure service helps accommodate a closer fit than a standard size, an additional alteration may be necessary to attain this unique vision. 

What is the production timeframe on Lauren Elaine gowns?

Typically, Lauren Elaine gowns require a production period of approximately 4-6 months from purchase date. Production timelines vary slightly with different gowns, and rush/extended production timelines can be accommodated, by request.

We can accommodate most rush requests, for the bride in need of her gown in less than the standard 4-6 month production timeline. Additionally, for brides purchasing ahead of schedule who would prefer to receive their gown closer to their wedding date, an extended production period can be set. Simply let us know the month in which you would prefer to have your gown complete and ship to you, and it will be scheduled accordingly! For extended production schedules, we recommend receiving your how at least 2 months prior to your wedding date, for peace of mind, and to allow plenty of time for any minor alterations (if necessary). What happens after I place an order for my gown?

Upon placing your  Lauren Elaine gown order, your gown will immediately be placed in our production queue, and all materials sourced, as all Lauren Elaine gowns are made to order. A rep will then reach out to confirm your purchase, as well as offer our 'Made-To-Measure' service, with our custom measurement guide (optional service- otherwise, a standard size will be received) Once custom measurements are provided- that's it! Your gown will continue its 4-6 month production journey. After production is completed, your gown is thoroughly inspected, steamed, and delivered to our shipping department- where it is carefully packaged. Once your gown is nearing completion, we will reach out to update you and confirm your shipping details. Once your gown ships (complimentary), you will be updated with full tracking information. Our gowns are always shipped insured with signature required, so no wedding gown is EVER left on a doorstep!

How can I try on a Lauren Elaine Collection gown?

If you do not live in California, near an upcoming Trunk Show, or a exclusive Lauren Elaine Retailer is not available in your region, we do ship worldwide, and we offer complimentary exchanges for online orders. Please contact salesrep@lauren-elaine.com for assistance regarding a purchase.

 

What is your Return Policy and Terms of Sale?

As gowns are made to order, they are final sale, HOWEVER, we do allow exchanges and store credit for all online purchases. Our comprehensive return policy is available here.

How much is shipping?
All  Lauren Elaine orders ship complimentary! We work with brides worldwide, and we offer shipping worldwide - complimentary with all Bridal Collection gown orders. Learn more about our shipping policies here.

 

Do you send swatches of fabric?

   White? Ivory? Blush? For brides in love with our gowns, but unsure of what color, fabric swatches featuring color options can be shipped once a deposit or purchase is made. As our laces and fabrics are quite expensive, a commitment to a Lauren Elaine gown must be made prior to cutting in to our fabrics for swatches. Color swatches ship within 1-2 weeks of purchasing, and color selection must be received within 30 days of the purchase. Simply let us know your color once received, and your purchase order will be updated! (The 'Lauren Elaine Exchange/Refund Policy' still applies.)
