How to do I find pricing for your gowns?

If no price is listed (some gowns are available for online purchase), simply fill out a 'request for pricing' form or call/text 310.595.1101 or email  salesrep@lauren-elainedesigns.com

Can I customize my Lauren Elaine gown?

Yes! You can customize any Lauren Elaine gown!  Schedule a phone consultation with one of our Design Team Experts to discuss customizing your Lauren Elaine gown!  Please email custom requests to salesrep@lauren-elainedesigns.com. Certain customization costs may apply, and pricing will be provided with your request response.

Do you offer payment plans for  Lauren Elaine Collection gowns?
  
Yes! We offer the following payment options:
1. Payment in full.*
2. 50% or 33%** Deposit, with remaining balance invoiced and due 1 month later and/or 2 months later.
 For installment payment options, please email us directly ~salesrep@lauren-elainedesigns.com
*33% deposit options are only available for select gowns, and availability may vary depending on wedding date.  For installment payment options, please email us directly ~salesrep@lauren-elainedesigns.com.
Please note, missed or late payments on installments or balances are subject to a minimum $95 late fee per month as well as loss of any applied trunk show discounts and rush fees.

How do I take advantage of your complimentary 'measurement' services?

Complimentary measurement service* is provided prior to shipping, on all Lauren Elaine Bridal orders, to minimize the need for future alterations.

To collect your measurements, our Custom Measurement Guides are provided by a customer service sales representative via email upon purchase. 

*Measurement service denotes that a gown is adjusted to specific measurements. While this helps provide the best fit possible by bringing in our existing patterns as closely to your provided measurements, and usually minimizes the need for alterations - additional alterations will be necessary.  Additional alterations are a bride's responsibility. 

 Do you offer rush orders on customized/custom bridal gowns?

We can accommodate most rush requests, for the bride in need of her gown in less than the standard production timeline.  For rush orders or extended production requests, please email salesrep@lauren-elaine.com.

What happens after I place an order for my gown?

Upon placing your  Lauren Elaine gown order, your gown will immediately be placed in our production queue, and all materials sourced, as all Lauren Elaine gowns are made to order. Once your gown is nearing completion, we will reach out to update you and confirm your shipping details. Once your gown ships, you will be updated with full tracking information. Our gowns are always shipped insured with signature required, so no wedding gown is EVER left on a doorstep!

 

What is your Return Policy and Terms of Sale?

As gowns are made to order, they are final sale. Our comprehensive return policy is available here.

Do you send swatches of fabric?

   We offer swatches for most laces/fabrics for a nominal charge of $25 once a deposit or payment has been made toward a gown. As our laces and fabrics are quite expensive, a commitment to a Lauren Elaine gown must be made prior to ordering a fabric swatch. Swatches ship within 1-2 weeks of purchasing.
