All veils are handmade to order in California. Most veils usually ship out within 2-3 weeks. If you need it sooner, we can accommodate rush orders. Please message us!
Our complimentary ground shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, depending on location.
Expedited shipping options are available.
Every veil is handcrafted to order specifically for you. Because of this, we aren't able to offer refunds, but we're happy to provide a one-time exchange if you'd prefer another style.

We pride ourselves on providing a white glove bridal concierge service from start to finish for all of our brides.
Once a veil has been purchased, you may order a small swatch of your veils fabric/color for a fee of $25. Given the limited nature of our laces and fabrics, and the hand-painted treatment applied to most of our color veils, we do not provide complimentary swatches OR swatches prior to purchase. If you're trying to decide between two colors, an order can be modified after purchase/receipt of swatch for a color swap.
We also offer a complimentary exchange within 7 days of receipt for all veils.
